The Ultrawall Partition System is a reliable, proven design of pre-finished gypsum panels with factory kerfed beveled edges to engage studs, giving the system a 1 hour fire rating. The standard sound control transmission coefficient is STC 42, while the 1 7/8" interior wall cavity provides room for utilities and networking cables to run either vertically or horizontally in the wall.
